We are assisting Kihei Lutheran Church in a LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance (EBOM) certification. One of the first LEED EBOM projects in the state, the church has started the certification performance period and is targeting significantly reduced operating costs through water saving landscape improvements, energy efficiency measures, and renewable energy integration.

Tasks Include:

• LEED project management and submittal.
• Operational maintenance manual creation/facilitation.
• Facilitation of landscape master plan and coordination of improvements for water efficiency.
• Energy Audit according to ASHRAE standards and coordination of energy improvements.
• Management and inputs to the Energy Star Portfolio Manager.
• Renewable energy integration and Power Purchase Agreement negotiation.
