LEED-certified homes are built with efficiency and health in mind, so they have the potential to save residents money on energy and water bills, reduce their carbon footprints and environmental impact, and protect their health.

Green Building LLC has two of the first LEED for Homes Accredited Professionals in the State and provides comprehensive consulting, testing, and certification of LEED Homes projects.

Also being designated Green Raters for LEED Homes, Green Building LLC can provide all of the building performance testing and inspections that are integral to the LEED for Homes process. Our building testing includes the use of specialized equipment to test building envelop and duct performance.  We also perform nationally recognized inspection procedures to analyze potential problem areas in the home.
