A collaboration between the USGBC, the Congress for the New Urbanism, and the Natural Resources Defense Council, the LEED ND program creates the first national certification for neighborhood design that combines green building with new urbanism and smart growth principles. Green Building LLC can provided comprehensive project management for LEED ND projects due to our experience with both planning and permitting procedures in Hawaii, and LEED project management experience on both residential and commercial buildings. Our firm has provided LEED feasibility analysis for a project in the Pilot program and has worked on other sustainable neighborhood projects such as Olowalu Town.
